Slider were the first band I photographed without using a flash, and on the same night limiting myself to using just one lens (a 35mm f2.8). Slider are another good band to photograph for facial expressions and a good band to see, a sort of Punk Rock Jukebox (except you don’t get to pick the songs). So far I’ve only taken my camera to one of their gigs but I was pleased with the results. Up to this point I was shooting in single shot mode, all that changed when I started working with a band called The Weird Things.
